XVME-630 68ec 030处理器模块是一款高性能、低成本的VMEbus兼容处理器模块。这款单板双高处理器包含一个68EC030 CPU，运行频率为25或40 MHz。该模块包含三个内存条，每个内存条有四个插座。存储体1被设计成接受高速SRAM，存储体2接受EPROM。Bank 3是VMEbus的双端口，可以容纳SRAM、EPROM或Flash存储器。最大内存是Bank 1中2 MB的SRAM存储体2中的4mb EPROM；以及存储体3中的4mb EPROM、2mb SRAM或1 MB闪存。

The XVME-630 68ec 030 processor module is a high-performance, low-cost VMEbus compatible processor module. This single board dual high processor includes a 68EC030 CPU, running at a frequency of 25 or 40 MHz. This module contains three memory modules, each with four sockets. Storage body 1 is designed to accept high-speed SRAM, while storage body 2 receives EPROM. Bank 3 is a dual port VMEbus that can accommodate SRAM, EPROM, or Flash storage. The maximum memory is 2 MB of SRAM in Bank 1 and 4 MB of EPROM in Bank 2; And 4mb EPROM, 2mb SRAM, or 1MB flash memory in storage 3.
The XVME-630 processor module also provides two asynchronous/synchronous serial channels and two 16 bit programmable timers through an onboard 68562 dual universal serial communication controller (DUSCC). Serial channel A is a dedicated RS-232C port, while channel B can be configured as an RS-232C or RS-485 jumper.
The XVME-630 processor is equipped with three front panel LEDs to indicate diagnostic pass/fail status and running status.
