产品细节:MVI56E-GSC 通用ASCII串行增强通信模块
The MVI56E-GSC is a true Allen Bradley enhanced communication module that can be used to connect programmable automation controllers to serial devices through non-specific ASCII devices. This module belongs to the MVI56E series and can also be used as an interface between PACs and byte value based serial communication protocols. The MVI56E-GSC has enhanced features, including local and remote diagnostics through its Ethernet port. In addition, the Allen Bradley module is equipped with CIPconnect technology, which helps optimize ControlNet in addition to Ethernet/IP networks. With this unit, users can obtain an onboard network server with status information, sample program files, and module documentation. Users can easily and effectively add two fully configurable serial communication ports to the ControlLogix platform using the MVI56E-GSC module. This eliminates the need for processor front-end ports and saves valuable processing time for sending and receiving serial messages.
The MVI56E-GSC communication module is based on a single slot and can become an effective backplane compatible solution to meet the industrial needs of all users. Each port of the module can send and receive a maximum of 4096 ASCII strings and bytes. The base current load of MVI56E-GSC is 800mA at 5V DC and 3mA at 24V DC. The MVI56E-GSC must operate at temperatures between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius. Ensure that the module is stored at a temperature of -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. The MVI56E-GSC weighs 30 grams and can operate under vibrations ranging from 10 to 150 Hz. The non condensing relative humidity of MVI56E-GSC is between 5% and 95%. When installing MVI56E-GSC, ensure that all phase wire sizes are set to 1.3 square millimeters and the grounding wire sizes are set to 4 square millimeters.
