The MKD090B-035-GP1-KN is known for its reliability. It is a maintenance-free motor because of its brushless design, permanent motor, bearing lifelong lubrication.

So it’s a maintenance-free motor, you never have to open it up and fiddle with it. But what do you do when your maintenance-free servomotor needs servicing?

Ironically, the reliability of the MKD family of cars is exactly why you need service. These bearings are lubricated during the normal service life of the motor, which is about ten years. However, many MKD090B-035-GP1-KN motors are still in use after decades of service.

Since they last longer than expected, they will last longer than bearings.

That doesn’t mean you need to upgrade your device. Factory repairs will restore your MKD090B-035-GP1-KN to brand new condition or better.

What’s better than new?

Technology has improved since your MKD090B-035-GP1-KN came into service. Factory repair is the replacement of all worn parts with new parts from the original manufacturer. Some of these components have improved significantly over the years.

Your MKD090B-035-GP1-KN will benefit from these improvements at no additional cost.

Every worn part will be replaced. The entire motor will be cleaned and resealed. The motor will also be recharged. You will receive a new warranty motor, ready to become a maintenance-free motor again for many more years of service.
