The DAMA board is a 620 frame board equipped with a CM1000HA-28H Powerrex IGBT, with three boards per driver and only one board per individual phase pin. In addition, the upper phase branch of the device only contains one IGBT, and the lower phase branch only contains one IGBT. DAM boards are directly connected to the IGBT collector terminals, gates, and terminals, and directly connected to the IS200BPIA bridge personal interface board located in the control rack.
