IC693CHS391 is a modular CPU substrate. This substrate is part of the 90-30 series manufactured by GE Fanuc. This device includes connection ports that allow for the installation of modular CPUs, I/O modules, and power modules. It has a total of ten (10) slots, with one (1) slot allocated to the CPU and nine (9) slots for I/O modules. Power slots and bus expansion ports are not included in the slot count.
