通过倍加福系统互连线缆CAHWC300-AIO-DIO-3m与RUSIO模块连接。
对于倍加福集成板和RUSIO模块，IO都可以灵活配置。
RUSIO模块的IO配置是通过软件配置完成的。集成板的IO配置是根据下表选择正确的is屏障完成的:

System Board FC-GPCS-RIO16-PF
The Pepperl+Fuchs integration board type FC-GPCS-RIO16-PF is specially developed for Intrinsic Safety integration with the Honeywell Remote Universal Safe IO module type FC-RUSIO-3224.
This board is connected to the RUSIO module via the Pepperl+Fuchs system interconnection cable CAHWC300-AIO-DIO-3m.
For both the Pepperl+Fuchs integration board and the RUSIO module the IO can be flexible configured.
The IO configuration of the RUSIO module is done via software configuration. The IO configuration of the integration board is done by selecting the correct IS barrier according to the following table:

Now Pepperl+Fuchs is able to offer custom enclosures including Zone 1 solutions for mounting in hazardous areas.

This system board is a common development of Pepperl+Fuchs and Honeywell and is successfully tested and approved (see SMS-MVIP-Certificate) by Honeywell. Exd enclosures for the complete RUSIO system allows universal IS I/O to be mounted in the field. Selecting the corresponding IS barrier allows the customer a flexible I/O configuration with a free mix of Analog In- and Output and Digital In- and Output signals.
