The Woodward series 2301A is one of the many control series provided by Zhangzhou Fengyun for you. The 9907-018 model is a low-voltage model that operates as a single actuator system and does not provide a deceleration ramp. This model is also a forward control device that operates at an actuator current of 0-200 mA and has passed CE certification. The voltage source for low-voltage models is within the range of 20-40 Vdc.

For low voltage models, ensure that terminal zero is never used when connecting the shield to the control device, as the front of the control device frame will display “Not Used”. The contact used to provide positive DC power to the prime mover is terminal 16, which is also interlocked with terminals 14, 17, 18, 19, and 30. These terminals are also the connection points for the DC power and positive.

The actuator compensation potentiometer on the controller is commonly used as a means of stabilizing the controller and the prime mover. If extreme instability or abnormal control activity occurs during use, reduce actuator compensation by turning the potentiometer very slowly clockwise. If necessary, the actuator compensation potentiometer can be set completely counterclockwise, but be careful not to excessively twist the potentiometer.

If you are adjusting the gain potentiometer during the operation and there is a temporary change in speed on the prime mover, the adjustment may be made too quickly. To solve this problem, make sure the adjustment is made slowly.
