Zhangzhou Fengyun provides 9905-020 control for the 2301A Woodward series. This device is a forward control, low-voltage model with a separate actuator and does not provide a deceleration ramp. The actuator current of this device is 0-200 mA. When supplying power to the control device, if the input power supply of the device is 20-40 Vdc, a Safety Ultra Low Voltage (SELV) power supply authorized by IEC standards must be used. This model requires a working temperature between -40 degrees Fahrenheit and+185 degrees Fahrenheit.

On this 29 terminal model, when it is related to the minimum fuel contact, control terminals 2 and 3 control the minimum fuel contact, which is required for the unit to operate as needed. The minimum fuel contact design is used for the normal shutdown of the primary engine connected to the unit. Under no circumstances should the minimum fuel contact be used as an emergency stop mechanism.

Due to the fact that the 9905-020 control device is a low-voltage model, terminal 17 must be opened to obtain minimum fuel contact when shielding is connected, terminal 18 must be closed to cover the fault speed signal, terminal 19 must be closed to obtain rated speed, and if idle is used, ensure that terminal 19 is open. When using control devices under any circumstances, they should not be installed on the engine of the prime mover.

When operating the control device, do not use this model near any other high current equipment, as it will cause interference and affect the quality and performance of the control device.
